What is not included in the all-in price?

Not included: an audit by an independent auditor, if your company needs one; more than one director or shareholder, which we quote; payroll; SST or e-invoice registration; penalties for late filings from before you joined us; and an accountant or tax agent to prepare or file for you — the accounts and tax platform is do-it-yourself. Everything else the company needs each year is in the price.

Some small companies can be exempt from audit under SSM criteria; we check whether yours qualifies. Most small businesses are not yet required to e-invoice — we check yours.
