No. Almost everything we do is fixed-fee, packaged. Hourly billing creates the wrong incentives — slower work for higher fees. Ongoing secretarial services are flat annual retainers.
Government fees (SSM, LHDN) are pass-through and quoted to you upfront. Out-of-scope work — like an unusual share allotment or an emergency board resolution — is quoted before we do it. No surprise invoices.
Yes. The Founder and Growth packages already bundle. If you take multiple services à la carte, we structure as a discount on the bundle rather than introductory pricing.
